  • Great bank, weak app

    Great Bank and great people to bank with. The app is functional...but just wait until you change your password and you use face recognition to sign in. Be ready for a mess of headaches and further password resets to get it to work.

    I use my brand new password a couple of times and then after awhile I log back in using the same exact password typing it correctly and I get invalid password. I’m getting tired of this.
  • App crashes all the time

    The app crashes on my phone all the time. (I have the iPhone XS Max so it is the newest iPhone you can have). Face ID has never worked. Terrible App.

    Would give this zero stars if I could. Trying to use Touch ID so I don't have to remember my password. Every time I log out it erases my Touch ID option. Unusable!
